The fitout of the residences is in the final stages with stone, appliances, fixtures and fittings being installed throughout. To finalise the apartment fitouts, the touch ups and paint is underway which will be followed by installation of lighting, switches, Astra Walker fittings and engineered stone bathtubs.

Externally we have taken delivery of the mature Olive, Japanese Maple and White Crepe Myrtle trees which have been hand-picked by Myles Baldwin from all over Australia. The Olive trees are up to 40 years old!

The communal pool is ready for concrete pouring with the penthouse pool already poured and then finishes to follow.

The Lawless and Meyerson designed lobbies are moving quickly as we have laid the Italian terrazzo tiling to the curved spiral staircase with lighting careful positioned to softly illuminate the space. We look forward to taking delivery of the timber look cladding that will be installed to the spiraled lift core, together with the feature lighting and seating to the Bunyula Road entrance to really bring this space together, creating an entry experience residents will soon show off to their friends.
