Avra Interiors journey with Tracey Wyles

Internationally acclaimed Interior Designer Tracey Wiles was selected to bring her signature touch to AVRA’s extraordinary residences. In Tracey’s own words ‘Clutch came to us with a beautiful brief to design something equally iconic in the Australian residential market. Reminiscent of a Mediterranean villa, the sheer size of each individual residence feels like a luxury private home. Drawing on my vast international experience, the opportunity to design at such scale and detail has been a privilege.’

MIRA, Bellevue Hill.

Mira garden design with Myles Baldwin Design

Celebrated landscape designer Myles Baldwin’s bespoke ideals are highly sought after for both specialised and heritage projects including Boomerang in Elizabeth Bay and the Eastern Terrace at NSW Government House to name a few. For Mira at Bellevue Hill, Clutch made the journey out with Myles to hand pick each of the mature feature trees that would be transplanted into Mira’s landscape.

Margaux, Edgecliff.

For Margaux, Clutch has partnered with internationally recognised Woollahra locals, Decus. Their signature rich tones and crafted joinery seen in some of Sydney’s most beautiful private homes completely aligns with the look and feel Clutch envisions for Margaux. We love originality at Clutch, so this being Decus’ debut apartment project was a major drawcard. They’ve brought a rare sense of scale, spaciousness and detailing to Margaux, resonant with their more customary high-end private work.
