The fitout is in full swing with timber flooring and tiling complete, and the joinery and stone progressing well.

The residences have their joinery and stone for the kitchens, butler’s pantries, bedrooms and bathrooms on site and being installed as we speak. Next up is the appliances, fixtures and fittings, lighting and at this point we will really see these residences come together.

The external landscaping and community pool is underway and soon you will see exactly how grand the private gardens are for the ground floor apartments.

We are incredibly excited to see the MIRA residences come to life and near completion.

Our target completion date remains at Q2 2024 and we will be sure to provide continual updates as we lead up to this time.
